Jungle Harmony Retreat Center – Cancellation Policy
At Jungle Harmony we are a small, family-run operation in the Amazon. When a guest reserves a space, we immediately invest those funds into preparations, staff, materials, and the medicine work for that specific retreat.
Because of this, refunds are difficult for us to process, but we always do our best to support you with flexibility.
Cancellations & Transfers
If you cancel your retreat for any reason, we do not offer cash refunds.
Instead, your full payment will be held as a credit for up to 300 days from the original retreat start date.
This credit can be applied to:
Any future retreat
A different retreat length (price difference applies)
You may also gift or transfer your credit to another person at no extra charge.
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive for the retreat without prior written notice forfeit their credit.
Retreat Cancellation by Jungle Harmony
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a retreat due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, travel restrictions, safety concerns, etc.), your payment will automatically be converted into a full credit valid for 300 days.
Travel & Personal Circumstances
We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance that covers flight cancellations, illness, and unforeseen personal matters. We cannot offer refunds for travel disruptions or changes in personal circumstances.

Deposits and Transfers:
Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, you can transfer your deposit to another retreat within 300 days from the original payment date.
Transfers Outside of Colombia: Please note that deposits or full payments are non-transferable to events or retreats outside of Colombia.
We recommend that you carefully review your plans before booking to ensure the best possible experience.
