Integration Support

Integration is the process of incorporating the profound insights gained from your Yagé journey into your daily life. It is the time when the experience "becomes you"—mentally, physically, and spiritually. While the Yagé medicine may work in your system for 2–4 more weeks, the full embodiment of your lessons may take months or even years.

At Jungle Harmony, we view the ceremony as the start of the process. We provide the professional structure and continuous support necessary to ensure your insights lead to lasting, embodied change.

Our Commitment to
Your Integration

The term "psychedelic" literally means "mind-manifesting" or "soul-revealing." Navigating this new landscape can be daunting, but you are not alone. Our comprehensive support system is designed to ground you and provide meaning amidst your expanded awareness.

Personalized Therapeutic Support

  • Dedicated Post-Retreat Sessions: Unlike centers that end their support at check-out, we offer ongoing integration support to help you stay grounded and aligned as you take your transformation back into the world.

  • Professional Guidance: Seek support from our Experts like Abuela Fanny, deeply experienced in psychedelic integration. Professional guidance helps you navigate challenging emotions, process complex insights, and develop sustainable coping strategies.

Community and Continued Connection

  • Group & Digital Support: Connect with others who have had similar experiences through our private group chats and alumni network. Sharing your experiences and insights provides vital validation and support.

  • The Power of Ceremony-Based Practices: We teach you valuable techniques—including song circles, sound healing, and mindful practices—that you can utilize to maintain high vibrational energy at home.

Energetic Alchemy & Traditional Practices

We integrate the wisdom of the Cofán tradition into your integration homework:

  • Plant Bath Technology: We teach you how to prepare and use sweet baths (with herbs like Basil and Lavender) and bitter baths (with herbs like Tobacco and White Sage) to cleanse, balance, and grow the energy in the subtle levels of your body.

  • Post-Ceremony Protocol: Because the medicine removes bitterness, we recommend sweet baths for at least 10 days after the ceremonies to keep the sweetness present. This plant technology is powerful homework for the first two weeks post-retreat.

Best Practices for Self-Integration

Your commitment outside the retreat space is what truly sustains the healing. This is where you allow the experience to become you mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Mental & Spiritual Integration

  • Reflection and Journaling: Dedicate quiet time to reflect. Journaling is a powerful tool for processing thoughts and emotions. Use the intentions you wrote down before the ceremony as a reference point to track how they were met.

  • Mindfulness & Meditation: Regular practice helps you integrate the lessons by staying present and cultivating awareness. Allow your mind to rest and your subconscious to absorb the lessons.

  • Spiritual Offerings ('Pagamentos'): This foundational practice helps restore energetic balance. Engaging in prayer, meditation, fasting, or acts of service (like volunteering or nature conservation) can recalibrate your energy and facilitate a departure from old narratives.

Physical & Somatic Integration

  • The Post-Ceremony Dieta: Since the Yagé medicine is a powerful purgative and cleanser, our first suggestion is to keep the preparation diet for as long as possible post-ceremony. This greatly increases the amount of information you are able to receive and implement.

  • Prioritize Self-Care: Get as much rest as you possibly can. Prioritize adequate sleep, healthy nutrition, and gentle relaxation techniques.

  • Body Awareness & Movement: Pay attention to physical sensations, as trauma is stored in the body. Practices like yoga, tai chi, or simply spending time in nature and cultivating awe and gratitude can ground the mind and facilitate mind-body connection.

  • Herbal Support: Herbs like Lemon Balm, Ashwagandha, Chamomile, and Lavender can help ground the mind, promote relaxation, and support the integration of insights.

Integration is an ongoing process that unfolds over time. Be patient and compassionate with yourself.

We are here to support you every step of the way.
